What should I do before my cleaning service?
We ask that any objects such as clothing, toys, and personal papers be put away or removed from the area to be cleaned. These can impede our crew's progress and reduce efficiency.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning service?
You may be present if you prefer, but we are more than happy to clean in your absence or during off-hours.

What if my cleaning service misses something?
Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed in all situations. We are confident that our service will meet your requirements, however, if for any reason you find something that was not cleaned to your complete satisfaction, simply report it to us and we promise to take care of it as soon as possible.

Do I have to provide cleaning products or cleaning equipment?
We have a complete set of cleaning supplies and equipment that we provide. If you prefer we can use what you have on hand. Please inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements that you might have, such as allergies or product preference.

How much does it cost for home or office cleaning?
This will depend on the size of the job and the frequency. Our experts work with clients to develop an individual cleaning plan that best fits your needs and budget. Besides our standard hourly rates, we also offer special add-on services such as refrigerator and oven cleaning.
